This call for expressions of interest (CEI) is part of CR.EU.IN. HERITAGE, a European project funded under the EU’s “Single Market” program through the “Euroclusters” initiative of the SMP-COSME-2024-CLUSTER program.

This project focuses on the cultural heritage value chain and aims to strengthen innovation, resilience, and strategic autonomy in Europe by helping SMEs adopt digital and green solutions developed within the EU.

This call is open to organizations capable of serving as innovation leaders: technology providers, research and technology organizations, centers of expertise, digital innovation hubs, specialized consulting firms, clusters, business support organizations, and other qualified entities established in EU Member States or in countries associated with the SMP program.

The goal is not simply to compile a list of suppliers, but to build a pool of trusted experts capable of working alongside SMEs that will receive support through CR.EU.IN. HERITAGE’s cascade funding. Innovation leaders will help funded SMEs design, strengthen, and implement innovative projects in areas such as the preservation, management, and promotion of cultural heritage. Their role may include mentoring, technical support, networking, adapting solutions, and collaborating on cross-sector projects involving fields such as digital technology, electronics, tourism, construction, and green technologies. In some cases, eligible innovation leaders may also participate in funded projects as partners or service providers.

By joining, selected candidates are included in the CR.EU.IN. HERITAGE innovation catalog, which gives them visibility within a European ecosystem and opens up new opportunities for collaboration with innovative SMEs. Participation is voluntary, free of charge, and without obligation.
