Mission of the Cluster
Approved and supported by the Walloon Region, Cluster H2O is a network of hundreds of stakeholders in Wallonia-Brussels who are active in the water sector.
Cluster H2O's main mission is to promote the implementation of high-quality projects related to the sustainable water sector.
This mission has several key areas of focus:
- Mapping focus: mapping and structuring the economic ecosystem, and disseminating information to members about market opportunities (calls for projects, market opportunities, technology watch, etc.) and news from the water sector.
- Network focus: networking and developing synergies between stakeholders in sustainable energy sectors such as companies, networks (clusters, hubs, federations, etc.), public organisations, etc. in Belgium and elsewhere.
- Value creation focus: local and international promotion of Cluster members
- Innovation focus: supporting business innovation in economic, digital and environmental transition and providing technical and operational support, in particular through economic, sectoral, strategic and technological studies.

The H2O Cluster consists of an operational unit and a Board of Directors (CA) made up of companies with a global view of project development.
