Detailed program

Tuv Sud

"Key aspects and challenges in wind turbine lifetime extension from the viewpoint of a certification body"
  • How many additional years of safe operation are to be expected?
  • Which measures are necessary to further extend the lifetime of the wind turbines?

  • When is the right time to think about an LTE assessment?

  • How profitable will the continued operation of the wind farm be? (Here we can only cover the cost side of the answer, the question how much revenue can be generated depends on a number of factors and is not part of our expertise)

Laborelec

"How to improve the performance of your Wind park ?"

Content of the presentation

  • What is yaw Misalignment
  • What is the difference with pitch misalignment
  • How to detect and correct either misalignment
  • How do I correctly monitor turbine yield
  • Why is nort alignment important

Luminus

The presentation will focus on 2 old wind farms of Luminus. We will focus on the different options Luminus has after 20 years of operation: Extending the lifetime or replacing by brand-new wind turbine (repowering). pro's and con's of each option will be presented.
