Plastic Matters

“A new future for sustainable plastics: Getting started with circular design”

Enhancing the circularity of the plastic value chain goes beyond just increasing plastic waste collection and recycling efforts. It begins at the very start: considering the end-of-life impact of products during the design phase of new products.

Plastic Matters will introduce you to the new Ecodesign for Sustainable Products Regulation (ESPR), will share insights from a professor of Materials Science and Product Development at the University of Antwerp, and provide a retour of experiences from Pack4Food and Circular Design in Plastics.

You will be able to delve deeper into the subject through a series of practical and challenging exercises and hear interesting testimonials from companies who have already re-evaluated their product design.
