Whether you develop, supply, research or operate water reuse solutions, Water Reuse Europe Knowledge Day - a joint organisation of Water Reuse Europe and Cluster H2O - is an opportunity to look beyond individual projects, compare experiences and find expertise that could inform your own work.
One programme, different reuse realities
The Knowledge Exchange Day brings together selected cases from across Europe and beyond, covering the practical questions that determine whether water reuse works in the real world: risk, treatment, costs, business continuity, resource recovery, water quality and integration into existing water systems.
Throughout the day, short case-based presentations will be followed by Q&A, giving participants the opportunity to compare approaches and discuss what can be transferred to their own projects.
One trip, two complementary events
The Knowledge Exchange Day’s date and location have been chosen so you can combine your visit with the Green Tech Solutions Summit 2026, taking place on Thursday 19 November at BluePoint Liège.
Organised through Interreg GREATER GREEN+, the summit brings together the Greater Region’s green technology community and includes a Water & Environment theme focused on water reuse. Its programme complements the content of the Water Reuse Europe Knowledge Exchange Day.

To draw a connection between the two events and strengthen exchanges, you are invited to an informal dinner at a brasserie close to Liège-Guillemins train station at 19:00. There is a three course menu with water and wine included available at €55.
The Summit is a separate event and requires separate registration.

- WRE members: free, maximum 3 participants per organisation.
- Cluster H2O members: free, maximum 2 participants per organisation.
- Non-members: €200 per person.
- No-show fee: €50.
