English courses for equine industry professionals

What is it ?
Conversation, grammar, vocabulary, all centered around two points:
- Business language
- The world of horses
What's in it for me?
Depending on levels and needs, the idea is to become more at ease in English. To be able, with ease, to introduce yourself, to be at ease in basic discussions, to improve your pronunciation, but also to be able to pitch your company, discuss business, conduct small negotiations, all with specific terms in an English as correct and rich as possible.
When is the course held?
Twice a month from 10am to 12pm for three months starting in January. The dates are as follows:
- January 9 and 23
- February 6 and 20
- March 12 and 26

At our member Alcyon, in the meeting room.

Who is it for?
This course is reserved for cluster members, and a maximum of 12 participants will be accepted to keep the courses as interactive as possible. A maximum of 2 participants per cluster member company.
By whom?
Lauran, the cluster coordinator, is a trained translator and interpreter. As well as having lived in total immersion in Scotland and Ireland, she also has teaching experience: she taught languages for two years at the University of Galway and regularly gives private English lessons.
What's the cost?
Each participant will be asked to pay €150 plus VAT for all 6 courses. It is not possible to register for certain courses in isolation, in order to guarantee the follow-up and linear progress of the entire group.
REGISTRATION
As mentioned above, the number of places is limited to guarantee the quality of each session. Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis.
