Membership requirements

Each application is carefully examined by our team and then submitted to our Executive Board for formal approval. But how do our Board Members decide whether to approve a candidate ?
- Head Office : is the company based in Wallonia ?
- Activity : is it active in the equine industry ?
- Maturity : is the company ready to join the Cluster ? How long ago was it created ? Is it a full-time activity ? What quality labels does it comply with ? What references does it have in terms of clients and/or collaborators ? What are its development perspectives ?
In order for the application to be approved, two of these three criteria must me met. If all three criteria are met, the company joins the cluster as an effective member. If two criteria are met, the Board offers the candidate the opportunity to join the cluster as a sympathizing member.
These selection criteria are intended to guarantee the quality of services and products of the stakeholders within the Cluster without hindering its development. If several companies active in similar sectors are willing to join the cluster, EquisFair will include them all in a spirit of healthy competition, subject to compliance with quality values.
